Choose Zoho Invoice if you want two users on one free account, apps for Android, Windows and Mac, projects, or a path into Zoho Books and other Zoho apps later. It also connects to many payment gateways, so you can pick the processor you already use.

Choose Invoicefy if...

Choose Invoicefy if you want something simpler with no yearly invoice cap. You can text the client link from your iPhone in one tap, and Pro removes all Invoicefy branding for $5 a month. Card and PayPal payments go straight to your own accounts with no added fee.

How to switch from Zoho Invoice to Invoicefy

Start with your clients and your most used line items. If Zoho Invoice lets you export your contacts and items, download them; if not, copy your regular customers by hand. Add your clients and saved items to Invoicefy, then set up your logo and payment options.

Send new invoices from Invoicefy, but let open Zoho Invoice invoices finish where they are, so clients don't get two bills. Once the last one is paid, download any records you want to keep and cancel your Zoho Invoice plan.
